**COMPANY DISCLAIMER**

1) Return and exchanged items must be accompanied with the original bill and packaging within 30 days from pick-up date.

2) Item sold as Final Sale are not returnable or exchangeable. All item purchased as Special Order, Container Order and clearance promotion item cannot be returned or refund.

3) Only items in their original unopened package will be accepted as return or exchange.

4) 20% restocking fee will be charged on items over 5 cartons of floors.

5) Flooring must be installed in accordance with Flooring Industry Guidelines.

6) Empire Flooring is not responsible for damaged boards due to improper humidity conditions during storage, or at the installation site.

7) All items must be inspected before installation; Empire Flooring will not accept any claims once the product are installed.

8) All overdue invoices are subjected to 2% interest charge per month.
